Copyright statement

This site contains documentation of a project that was conceived by Ali Bramwell. None of the information in the project may be reproduced in any form without written permission.

While the project as a whole is the intellectual property of Bramwell, the site contains many images of original artworks created during the project. In every case the artist retains ownership of all copyright pertaining to their original work. All these works are clearly labelled. These images are also not available for reproduction without express permission.

Copyright of the original artwork is different from the copyright of the photographer, while a photographer has the right to show the image they take as their photograph, where the image is of original artwork they must name the artist as author so that there is no confusion or ambiguity about who created the work. Similarly the artist must acknowledge the photographer. The photography of the works on this site has been done by a few different people, this is always noted.

The images and writing from the Terminus Public Art Project, unless explicitly labelled otherwise, are sole and exclusive copyright of Ali Bramwell from the date of original publication and may not be reproduced without my permission in writing. I will give usually permission, when asked, for educational or critical discussion uses, providing the artist in question is also amenable.
